4 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
3-4 cans beans (different kinds for variety in color and flavor) garbanzo, black, pinto, etc.
3 chicken breasts cubed and cooked
1 bag frozen corn
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro diced
2-3 freshly squeezed limes

Put everything in a pot except the cilantro and lime juice. Let it cook, then simmer for a while. You'll be able to tell by the taste when everything has blended together well. Just before serving, add the diced cilantro and lime juice. Stir and enjoy! :-)
