1 stick oleo
3 T. cocoa
6 T. milk or butter
1 box powder sugar
1 t. vanilla (2 t. imitation vanilla)

Put oleo in saucepan, bring to boil, then add milk and cocoa. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Should ice 2 cakes.
