New House Construction Tips

Kodiak Steel Homes - We purchased our new home from Kodiak Steel Homes. At the time it was less expensive to use steel, and we wanted the "flexibility" of the clear-span framing (large open spaces). We do not necessarily recommend building with steel as it consumes a much greater amount of time and resources than the typical "stick built" wood frame home.
